Maxy Harnsongkram is a Thai entrepreneur and creative director. Before founding Lookmai Project, Maxy Harnsongkram built her career in Thailand's fashion and creative industries as founder of MAXY LALA Co., Ltd., co-founder of Unix Wear, and had led many creative direction for projects including Miss Universe Thailand and Miss International Queen. These experiences led her to recognize that opportunity is shaped not only by talent, but by public perception, the systems that reinforce those perceptions, and the institutions that decide whose potential is recognized.

This realization led her to establish Lookmai Project, a collaborative platform that brings together communities, researchers, businesses, cultural organizations, and government agencies to create dialogue, strengthen collaboration, and expand opportunities for transgender people in Thailand.

Rather than focusing solely on advocacy, Maxy believes lasting change comes from working collectively to reshape public perception and create environments where transgender people can contribute across every sector of society. Through research, storytelling, creative projects, and cross-sector partnerships, her work explores how culture and collaboration can create long-term social impact.

Her vision is a society where transgender people are recognized not by stereotypes, but by their talents, ideas, contributions, and potential.
